In simpler terms, natural fibers regulate temperature, such as wool and silk, keep your body (and particularly your feet when it comes to socks) at a constant temperature regardless of the outside temperature.
Being antibacterial means that you can wear your natural fiber socks for several days in a row without worrying about unpleasant odors. The higher the proportion of natural materials in the composition of your socks, the more active these two qualities will be.
