Description
A stretch fleece pocket is thermally bonded to the inner side of the sock at shin level. Inside this pocket is inserted a silicon-enriched gel pad, 3 to 6 times more resistant and flexible than classic silicone, measuring 18 x 6.5 cm. This gel pad can be removed for washing the socks and then reinserted into the pocket for the next use.
This process has the decisive advantage of avoiding machine washing a silicone gel pad. Its size of 18 x 6.5 cm allows it to cover the entire sensitive shin area, and the enriched silicone offers the best possible protection against the pressure exerted by ski boots on the shins.
The GelProtech ski sock perfectly achieves its goal of providing long-lasting protection for skiers from shin pain.
Please note that this model is sold without gel pads.
