The GelProTech by Monnet is a ski sock equipped with shin protection. With its gel insert, this ski sock will effectively protect your shin from the pressure of your ski boot.
Here are our socks with gel for your shin!
A stretch fleece pocket is heat-sealed on the inner side of the sock at shin level. Inside this pocket is inserted a plate of enhanced silicone gel, 3 to 6 times more resistant and flexible than regular silicone, measuring 18x6.5 cm. This gel plate can be removed for washing the socks, and then reinserted into the pocket for the next use.
This process has the decisive advantage of avoiding machine washing a silicone gel plate. Its size of 18x6.5 cm allows it to cover the entire sensitive area of the shin. Lastly, the enhanced silicone provides the best possible protection against the pressure exerted by ski boots on the shins.
The GelProtech thus perfectly achieves its goal of protecting skiers from shin pain in a lasting way.
